2. First Responder Customer Assistant Agent (WhatsApp)
I was forced to set up this agent because I HATED the limitations of the inbuilt WhatsApp AI Agent - It could only learn from customer chats. There was no way to feed your company database and knowledgebase into it.
My agent on the other can be trained with as many pieces of information as you can find. It does not rely on chats alone!
This agent responds to all customer inquiry that comes in on my WhatsApp line and only escalates to me (by sending me a private message on Telegram) when it needs to.
Imagine how much time you could save with an agent knows almost everything about your product and services and can communicate in the tone you ask it to.
3. Facebook & Linkedin Content Repurposing Agent:
Orion, our content developer agent:
✅ analyses each daily video from my boss to develop a LinkedIn post and a Facebook post - each written in the native platform style.
✅ use a set of instructions to remove "AI-ish" language from the written content.
✅ Selects a suitable frame from the video that can serve as a picture.
✅ schedules each written post to Facebook and LinkedIn at 7:00 AM in the morning.
My boss can now further grow our presence on LinkedIn and Facebook with a steady stream of written content without investing more energy in the process.
4. Facebook Ads Setup and Monitor Assistant Agent:
This one SHOCKED me (at first), I did not know that it was possible to use AI agents to set up Facebook Ads.

I connected one of my AI agents to my Facebook Ads accounts and gave it the Google drive link to 3 ad videos.
Then i asked it to "watch" the videos and write 3 ad copies, and setup a Facebook campaign in of my ad accounts. I also told it which pixels, page, campaign structure, and budget, to use.
The agent:
👉 Sent the videos from Google drive to Facebook Ads account.
👉 Set up all the ads - videos, copy, budget according to my directions.
👉 Sent me reports once the ad went live.
🎯 RESULT: Facebook ads setup that typically consumed 40 minutes to 2 hours (depending on campaign volume) was slashed to barely 15 minutes!
